A slew of mushrooms pop up in the feed, prompting me to ask, "What do mushrooms have to do with music?"
And very quickly realized that was a dumb question. All kidding aside, I've actually been on Vero for a while. Kinda line Bluesky, only I've been on Vero for almost 4 years-ish? Bluesky, I've been at for about 2. Vero became a reclamation project today, just like this Blog and my Tumblr are again.
Both Vero and Bluesky are great ways to get away from the user-UNfriendly corporate horseshit and the never-ending torrent of unreasonable noise that the bigger platforms have devolved into. And, not gonna lie, I kinda need some calmer, more compatible digital terrain right now.
